How can I use my clip?

• Clips cannot be mass produced for profit. They may, however, be copied for personal use.

Can I get extra video that wasn’t on TV?

• No. We provide clips exactly as they aired on TV. Extra footage is not available.

How long does it take?

• DVDs are mailed out within a 48 hours. Digital clips are sent within 24 hours.  Arrangements can be made for more urgent orders.

How do you record your video?

• Our shows are digitally recorded so we can maintain superior video quality.

What if I want more copies later?

• We’ll keep your clips on file for a month from your order date. If, within that time, you’d like more copies, you may still reorder at the $15.00 price. (Discounts are available for more than 5 copies.)

What is your return policy?

• Because of the duplicable nature of our product, all sales are final unless you’ve received the wrong clip or your DVD is damaged. In these cases you would need to send back your copy for a replacement.

Do you record other stations like PBS?

• We can record other stations only with advanced notice.
